PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES. 

Fellowship Bible Church permitting the use of its facility does not indicate agreement, alignment, or cooperation with the individuals or organizations renting or using its facility. Fellowship Bible Church further reserves the right to deny the use of its facility, at its sole discretion, to any individual or organization that does not align with its stated teaching and practices. 

**NO PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY GROUP EVENTS DURING DECEMBER PLEASE. 

FOR WEDDINGS AND WEDDING RECEPTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE AS FEES AND DUE DATES ARE DIFFERENT THAN THOSE BELOW. 

Fees for building use for non-FBC members: 

- $25/hour for the use of the multi-purpose room/gymnasium 
- $75/day for the use of the kitchen 
- $25/day for the use of a classroom 
- $25/hour for the use of the sanctuary 
- $100 - up to 4 hours per technician (4+ hours: $25/hr per technician) 

All fees must be paid through the church office via check or cash. No direct payment to individuals will be permitted.

*PLEASE NOTE: some tech requests will require an FBC tech to be present during your event. Non-FBC tech personnel are not permitted to use the sanctuary sound system* (see fee chart above)

Insurance Certificate

A Certificate of Liability and Property Damage insurance is REQUIRED FOR OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS. If you do not fall under an FBC ministry, you are an outside or community organization, please answer the question below and upload your certificate.

Guidelines

Set-Up and Clean-Up:
- Anyone using a church facility in a non-ministry capacity is responsible for providing their own volunteers to set up, tear down, and clean up. A clean-up list will be provided for you.

- Leaving the facility damaged or without proper cleaning, may be grounds for losing facility use privileges and/or deposits, and incurring additional fees. Any damages to the facilities or equipment should be reported as soon as possible to your sponsor or the church office.

- Facilities are not available to outside organizations for profit-making activities or to organizations engaged in partisan political activities

BREAKAGE, DAMAGE, OR DEFACEMENT:
- All guests using our facilities are expected to exercise reasonable care and judgment in such use in order to prevent defacement, damage, or breakage. If such a case occurs, please contact the office. The persons signing the application for use shall be responsible for paying costs incurred by the church in cleaning, repairing, or replacing any part of the facility or its furnishings and/or equipment that in the judgment of the elders has been damaged due to the careless or irresponsible use of the persons or group involved.
